Gardens designed for the way you actually want to live.

Many of our clients have a desire for a garden, but feel unsure about what will actually thrive in West Texas or how to create something that feels personal without becoming overwhelming to maintain. Others are tired of outdoor spaces that feel cookie cutter and disconnected from the way they want to live at home.

At Vine & Fig, we design, install, and guide. Every project is shaped around the home, the people living in it, and what will realistically thrive in our climate over time.

Our Services:

The Consultation

Every project begins with a conversation.

Before we talk layouts or materials, we take time to understand your home, your goals, and the kind of life you want your space to support. Some clients come in with a very clear vision, while others simply know they want something meaningful but aren’t sure what that looks like yet.

The consultation allows us to walk the property, discuss possibilities, and begin shaping a direction that feels thoughtful and realistic for your space.

Tea Garden Design

Tea gardens are designed as quiet, grounded spaces that invite you to slow down.

These projects often include layered greenery, herbs, flowers, natural textures, and gathering spaces that feel calm and personal without feeling overly designed.

The goal is to create somewhere you naturally want to spend time, whether that means morning coffee, quiet evenings, or simple gatherings with family and friends.

Porch Pot Subscription

Seasonal porch pots designed to bring beauty and life right to your front door throughout the year.

Each installation is tailored to the season, the architecture of your home, and the overall feeling you want the space to have. We use custom planting combinations and potting mixes designed specifically for our climate so the arrangements remain beautiful and sustainable through the season.

Because each arrangement is custom and installed personally, we intentionally limit the number of porch pot clients we take on each season.

Kitchen Garden Design

Kitchen gardens are designed to become part of your everyday life.

Whether you want fresh herbs near the back door, raised beds filled with seasonal produce, or a larger garden designed for harvesting throughout the year, these spaces are created with both beauty and functionality in mind.

Our role is to simplify the process and help create something that feels approachable, sustainable, and enjoyable long term.

Raised Bed Design & Installation

Raised beds are often where everything begins.

Our raised beds are custom designed with longevity, functionality, and aesthetics in mind. We carefully consider placement, sunlight, irrigation needs, and how the space will realistically be used day to day.

Some projects remain simple and focused, while others become part of a larger custom garden installation.

Garden Architecture Projects

Some spaces call for a little more structure.

Greenhouses, potting sheds, and garden studios can completely change the way a property functions and feels. These projects are approached thoughtfully, with careful planning around layout, materials, utilities, and how the structure naturally fits into the landscape around it.

Because these projects require a high level of attention and detail, we intentionally take on a limited number at a time.

Custom Design & Installation

For clients who want a complete, tailored garden experience from start to finish.

This process may include site preparation, planting plans, raised beds, pollinator gardens, pathways, irrigation, and custom garden structures depending on the scope of the project.

Throughout the process, communication remains steady and clear so the experience feels organized, thoughtful, and well cared for from beginning to end.

A Thoughtful Approach to the Work We Take On

Because Vine & Fig is a small, limited-client business by design, we are intentional about the projects we accept.

We are best suited for clients who want spaces that are meant to be experienced and lived in over time. Gardens that invite people outside, encourage gathering, and create room for beauty, nourishment, and connection in everyday life.

At this time, we are not taking on large-scale landscape correction projects, maintenance-only work, or pool and patio installations. We are also careful not to overbook projects, because thoughtful work requires time, attention, and realistic timelines, especially when weather and seasonal conditions affect installation schedules.

We would rather take on fewer projects and do them exceptionally well than rush through work that deserves care.

Spaces that feel grounded, personal, and lasting.

The goal is never simply to make something look finished. It’s to create a garden that settles naturally into your life. A space that feels welcoming to step into, manageable to care for, and meaningful to spend time in season after season. If you’ve been thinking about creating something like that for your home, we would love to begin the conversation.
